6. RELATIONSHIP WITH OTHER AWARDS

From the date of its coming into operation, this award shall supersede the Clerks’ (Alcoa of Australia - Other than Mining and Refining) Consolidated Award 1985 [AW772068  Print F9387] and its predecessors, but such supersession shall not affect any allowable rights, obligations or entitlements arising out of, incurred or accrued pursuant to that award prior to such date.
