This award applies to and binds the following parties:

8.1 Alcoa of Australia Limited, Alcoa Australia Rolled Products Pty Ltd and Alcoa Portland Aluminium Pty Ltd (the Companies) in regard to clerical employment.

8.2 The Australian Municipal, Administrative, Clerical and Services Union (ASU); and

8.3 Employees of the Companies who are members or eligible to be members of the ASU and are engaged in a clerical position as specified in Appendix A of this Award at any of the Sites specified in clause 7 – Incidence of Award.
