25.1 Full-time employees must be paid an allowance of $25.10 per week to compensate for the disabilities associated with employment under this award. This allowance must be paid on a flat weekly basis.
25.2 Persons employed on less than a full-time basis shall be entitled to the industry allowance on a pro rata basis.
