29.1 An employee other than a casual employee required to attend for jury service during their ordinary working hours will be reimbursed by the employer an amount equal to the difference between the amount paid in respect of their attendance for such jury service and the amount of the ordinary wage they would have received Monday to Friday in respect of the ordinary time they would have worked had they not been on jury service.
29.2 An employee shall notify the employer as soon as possible of the date upon which they are required to attend for jury service.
29.3 An employee will be reimbursed reasonable expenses incurred by the employee while attending court to serve as a juror.
29.4 Leave of absence granted under this clause will count as service for all purposes.
