24.1 Where practicable wages due to an employee on weekly hiring shall be paid not later than Thursday in any week.
24.2 Casual employees shall be paid at the time that their services are dispensed with.
24.3 Any time in excess of fifteen minutes that an employee may be kept waiting for his money shall be paid at the employee’s overtime rate of pay.
24.4 The employer shall supply to each employee a payslip with each pay which, where practicable, shows the calculation of gross earnings, deductions in detail and amount of net pay.
24.5 Notwithstanding 24.4, an employer shall, when the amount of gross earnings and/or net pay changes, supply to each employee details of such change.
24.6 Wages may be paid fortnightly in forms other than cash provided that the employer pays any costs associated with the transfer of the non-cash payment.
