28.1 Protective clothing and other equipment, which the company considers is necessary for the job, shall remain the property of the company at all times and any employee applying for a new issue of any protective clothing supplied by the company, who fails to return such clothing last issued to him/her, shall not be entitled to a new issue without payment therefore. Should any employee on leaving the company’s service fail to return any protective clothing or equipment the property of the company, the company may deduct from his final wages the value of the articles.
