PART 4 – LEAVE 
 
14. ANNUAL LEAVE

14.1 All full-time employee(s) will be entitled to four weeks’ annual leave after 12 months’ continuous service. Part-time and job share employees will be entitled to the leave on a pro rata basis.

14.2 Employers will give employees three months’ notice where practicable and in any event not less than one month’s notice of the date from which annual leave will be taken.

14.3 Otherwise the provisions of the Annual Holidays Act 1944 (NSW) will apply.
