6. PARTIES BOUND

This award binds:

6.1 the Company; and

6.2 The Australian Licensed Aircraft Engineers Association (the association); and

6.3 the CPSU, Community and Public Sector Union (the union),

in respect of Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineers employed by the Company whether members of the association or the union or not.
