26.1 Entitlement
Employees who are required to attend for jury service during their normal working hours must be reimbursed by the Company an amount equal to the difference between the amount paid in respect of their attendance for such jury service and the amount of single time pay the employee would have received in respect of the time they would have worked had they not been on jury service.
26.2 Notice of jury service
Employees must:
26.2.1 notify the Company as soon as possible of the date upon which they are required to attend for jury service; and
26.2.2 give the Company proof of their attendance, the duration of the attendance and the amount received in respect of the jury service.
