6. PARTIES BOUND AND OPERATION OF AWARD

6.1 This award binds the following:

6.1.1 the Company;

6.1.2 the Australian Municipal, Administrative, Clerical and Services Union and its officers and members;

6.1.3 The Australian Licensed Aircraft Engineers Association and its officers and members; and

6.1.4 the Transport Workers’ Union of Australia and its officers and members

in respect of employees in the classifications set out in clause 16 - Classifications, whether the employees are members of one of the organisations or not.

6.2 This award applies to employees employed in or in connection with the maintenance, overhaul, operation or repair of aircraft, including technical training in that connection if the position requires for its performance the holding of a trade or higher technical qualification.
