26.1 Entitlement
Employees who are required to attend for jury service during their normal working hours must be paid by the Company an amount equal to the difference between the amount paid in respect of their attendance for such jury service and the amount of single time pay they would have received in respect of the time they would have worked if they were not on jury service.
26.2 Employee obligations
Employees must:
26.2.1 notify the Company as soon as possible of the date upon which they are required to attend for jury service;
26.2.2 give the Company proof of their attendance, the duration of the attendance and the amount received in respect of the jury service.
