10. CONSULTATIVE MECHANISMS AND PROCEDURES

10.1 The parties may establish a mechanism and procedures which enables them to communicate and consult about matters arising out of this award.

10.2 For the purposes of this consultative process a Planning and Scheduling Committee will be established comprising representatives of the parties to discuss matters in 18.4.1. Where there is a dispute on matters under the scope of the committee to consider, and until the matter is resolved, the company decision will prevail.
