3. COVERAGE OF AWARD

3.1 This award will be binding on Domino’s Pizza Australia Pty Limited (the Company) and the employers named in the Schedule hereto who trade under franchise to the Company; and to employees of the Company and its franchisees, employed as Delivery Drivers.

3.2 This award will have effect throughout the States of Victoria, Queensland, Tasmania, South Australia, the Northern Territory and the Australian Capital Territory.
