22. UNIFORMS

22.1 Where employees are required to wear a uniform, they will be reimbursed in full for the cost of provision and maintenance of such uniforms.

22.2 This clause will not apply where the employer provides uniforms. Such uniforms will be replaced by the employer base on fair wear and tear.

22.3 Where uniforms are supplied by the employer in accordance with the provisions of this clause the employer may deduct as a deposit an amount not exceeding $25.00 for the issue of such clothing. Upon termination all employees will have such deposit refunded on return of the issued uniform or uniforms.
