AT794071 - Queensland Local Government Officers' Award 1998 [Transitional]
37.1 Where an employer or officer wish to pursue an agreement at the enterprise or workplace about how the award should be varied so as to make the enterprise or workplace operate more efficiently according to its particular needs, then the following process shall apply:
37.1.1 A consultative mechanism and procedures appropriate to the size and structure and needs of the enterprise for workplace shall be established.
37.1.2 For the purposes of the consultative process the officers may nominate the relevant union or another to represent them.
37.1.3 Where an agreement is reached, application shall be made to the Commission.
