33.1 An employee must be allowed leave of absence during any period when required to attend for jury service.
33.1.1 During this leave of absence, an employee must be paid the difference between the jury service fees received and the employee’s award rate of pay as if working.
33.1.2 An employee must be required to produce to the employer proof of jury service fees received, proof of requirement to attend and attendance on jury service and will give the employer notice of the requirements as soon as practicable after receiving notification to attend for jury service.
33.2 This clause will apply only to employees of David Jones (Canberra) Pty Limited, Coles Myer Ltd, Woolworths Limited, Angus and Coote, and Fosseys.
