4. SCOPE AND PARTIES BOUND

4.1 This award shall apply and be binding upon:

4.1.1 the employers listed in Schedule 1 of this award, in respect of employees who are eligible to be members of the Independent Education Union (the Union), whether members of the Union or not; and

4.1.2 the Union.
