27.1 An employer may deduct payment for any part of a day during which an employee cannot usefully be employed because of any strike, breakdown of machinery or any stoppage of work for any cause for which the employer cannot reasonably be held responsible. This does not break continuity of employment for the purpose of any entitlements.
27.2 Provided further that any such time lost shall be counted as time worked in computing sick leave under this award, and shall not break continuity of employment for the purposes of any entitlement.
