7. PARTIES BOUND

7.1 This award binds TransAdelaide, the organisations of employees named below, and their members:

• Australian Rail, Tram and Bus Industry Union (known as the ARTBU);

• Australian Municipal, Administrative, Clerical and Services Union (known as the ASU); and

• Association of Professional Engineers, Scientists and Managers of Australia (known as APESMA).

7.2 This award applies to employees who are members or eligible to be members of the organisations listed in 7.1 who are engaged in any of the classifications specified in this award in clause 19 - Classification and salaries.
