13. CLASSIFICATION OF EMPLOYEES

13.1 Upon commencing employment an employee will be classified under a classification prescribed by this award, paid accordingly and will remain upon such classification unless reclassified.

13.2 Employees must be advised in writing of their classification and any subsequent changes.
