AT809096 - Salaried, Professional and Technical (TransAdelaide) Award 2001 [Transitional]
16.1 An employee engaged either as a full-time or regular part-time employee will initially be engaged for a probationary period of up to three months for the purpose of determining the employee’s suitability for ongoing employment. During this time either party may notify intention to withdraw from the contract of employment by providing one week’s notice.
16.2 A probationary employee is for all purposes of the award a full-time or regular part-time employee.
16.3 Probationary employment forms part of an employee’s period of continuous service for all purposes of the award.
