6. RELATIONSHIP TO OTHER AWARDS

This award shall supersede all of the provisions of any award, certified agreement, enterprise flexibility agreement, or any other industrial instrument that may otherwise apply to employees employed in any capacity under the classification structure contained in this award, but shall not exclude future certified agreements involving the parties to this award.
