Leave is reserved for either party to make application to include any items which:
32.1 Are not included in the award but are found to be allowable matters under the Workplace Relations Act 1996;
32.2 Correct any drafting errors or omissions in the making of this award; or
32.3 Allow for the employment of trainees.
32.4 If at the time of making of this award employees are working a 40 hour week, this practice will continue on a without prejudice basis. It is agreed that the continued working of a 40 hour week within Analabs will be referred for hearing and determination to the Australian Industrial Relations Commission.
32.5 Clause 12 - Redundancy: to delete 12.7.
32.6 Subclause 9.10 - provide for the use of the Metal Industry Award Implementation Manual in classification/reclassification procedures.
32.7 Subclause 23.6 - (Overtime): to provide that on a public holiday a minimum of four hours’ work shall be provided where overtime is worked, or paid for four hours work at the appropriate rate.
32.8 Subclause 25.2 - (Annual leave): to provide that four weeks’ notice of close down is required.
