7. PARTIES BOUND AND AREA OF OPERATION

The terms and conditions of this award are binding on the Transport Workers Union of Australia, the employers listed in Schedule A and any subsidiary company in respect of all their employees whether members of the Transport Workers Union of Australia or not, whose employment is covered by the award.
This award shall apply to the employment, in any part of Australia, of employers bound by this award whose place of employment is situated in Victoria, Tasmania, South Australia, Western Australia, Queensland and the Northern Territory.
