15. WAGE RATES
15.1 An adult employee’s wage rate is inclusive of the base rate of pay in clause 15 and the specialist industry allowance provided for in clause 29 - Specialist industry allowance. The combined wage is for all purposes of this award.

15.2 An adult employee in the classifications listed shall be paid as a minimum the weekly base wage rate for the grade specified and the specialist industry allowance.

15.2.4 Wage Rate Adjustment
The rates of pay in this award include the adjustment made by the Australian Industrial Relations Commission in its Wages and Allowances Review 2008 Decision (PR002008).
15.2.5 The wage relativities in this award have been established in accordance with the August 1989 National Wage Case decision.
