1 - TITLE
This award shall be known as the Transport Workers’ (Refuse) (Roping-in No. 1) Award, 1993.
2 - PARTIES BOUND
This award shall be binding upon:
(a) the Transport Workers’ Union of Australia, its officers and members; and
(b) Holland and Collwick Waste Pty Ltd, 6 Aster Avenue, Carrum Downs, Victoria 3201.
3 - APPLICATION
This award is subject to the provisions of the Transport Workers’ (Refuse) Award, 1988, as varied from time to time.
4 - OPERATION
This award shall come into force from the beginning of the first full pay period commencing on or after 10 March 1993 and shall remain in force for six months.
