1 - TITLE
This award shall be known as the Transport Workers’ (Refuse)(Roping in No. 1) Award 1995.
2 - PARTIES BOUND
This award shall be binding upon:
(a) The Transport Workers’ Union of Australia, its officers and members; and
(b) the employers as listed in Schedule A hereof.
3 - APPLICATION
Subject to that which is otherwise provided in this award, the provisions of the award made on 29 September 1978 in part settlement of disputes found in C No. 01106 and 01768 of 1977 and 00225 of 1978 and known as the Transport Workers’ (Refuse) Award 1988, as varied from time to time, shall apply.
4 - OPERATION
This award shall come into force from the beginning of the first full pay period commencing on or after 8 June 1995 and shall remain in force for six months.
