1. TITLE
This award shall be known as the Transport Workers’ (Refuse, Recycling and Waste Management) Roping-in No. 1 Award 2004.
2. PARTIES BOUND
This award shall be binding upon:
(a) The Transport Workers’ Union of Australia, its officers and members; and
(b) The employers listed in Schedule “A” hereof.
3. APPLICATION
(1) Subject to that which is otherwise provided in this award, the provisions of the Transport Workers’ (Refuse, Recycling and Waste Management) Award 2001 (as varied from time to time), shall apply.
5. OPERATION
This award shall come into force from the beginning of the first full pay period commencing on or after 19 May 2003 and shall remain in force for six months.
