AT817064 - Residential Aged Care (Hostels) Award 2002 [Transitional]
4.1 This award binds:
4.1.1 the employers named in Schedule A - Respondents, in respect of persons employed by them (whether members of the union or not), in the callings described in clause 13 - Wages in residential care facilities wholly or partially funded under the Aged Care Act 1997 (Cth) which are not licensed under the Hospitals Act 1927 (WA); and

4.1.2 the Liquor, Hospitality and Miscellaneous Union and its members;
in the State of Western Australia.
4.2 Provided that any residential care facility covered by this award shall continue to be covered by this award, to the exclusion of the Private Hospital and Residential Aged Care (Nursing Homes) Award 2002 and the Nursing Assistants’ Award 2002, notwithstanding any subsequent change in licensing status.
