AT817064 - Residential Aged Care (Hostels) Award 2002 [Transitional]
28.1 The long service leave provisions published in volume 77 of the Western Australian Industrial Gazette at pages one to four both inclusive are incorporated in and shall be deemed part of this award and shall apply other than to Local Government employees.
28.2 Local Government employees shall be entitled to long service leave benefits pursuant to the Local Government Long Service Leave Regulations.
28.3 Payment for long service leave shall include any call allowance to which the employee is usually entitled under clause 20 - Call allowance.
