Note: When operating manual road boring equipment an additional $4.17 for each day or part thereof.

16.2.2 Mains and service worker class 2

Note: When operating suction cleaner an additional $14.97 per week.

16.2.4 Driver - motor vehicle makers capacity over 1.2 tonnes but not over 3 tonnes

Note: Further mass - for each complete tonne over five an additional $4.66 per week.

Note: Crew leader 1 and crew operating the H.A.L.T. machine should be paid an additional allowance of $5.47 for each and every hour while operating under emergency conditions.

The rates of pay in this award include the adjustment made by the Australian Industrial Relations Commission in its Wages and Allowances Review 2008 Decision (PR002008).
