14. COOKHOUSE PERSONNEL - WAGE RATES

14.1 An employee when working as a member of the cookhouse personnel shall be engaged by the week and shall be paid at the wage rate set out in the table hereunder for his/her classification and locality of work.

14.3 Additional payment for night work

Cookhouse personnel who commence ordinary hours of work between the hours of 8.00 p.m. and 2.00 a.m. shall be paid an additional flat amount of $3.53 for each period of eight ordinary hours so worked.
