PART 4 - EMPLOYMENT RELATIONSHIP 

15. EMPLOYER AND EMPLOYEE DUTIES

15.1 Employees will be available to carry out such duties as are within the limits of the employee’s skill and competency and training, consistent with the classification structure of the award and will include cross-utilisation (provided the duties are not designed to reduce skills).

15.2 Virgin Tech may direct an employee to carry out duties and use tools and equipment as may be required provided that the employee has been properly trained in the use of the tools and equipment and all reasonable instructions given by Virgin Tech will be carried out by an employee to the best of their ability.

15.3 Any direction issued by Virgin Tech under this clause is to be consistent with Virgin Tech’s responsibilities to provide a safe and healthy working environment.
