36. UNIFORMS AND LAUNDERING

36.1 Where uniforms are required by the employer to be worn the employer must reimburse the employee for the cost of the uniform, provided that the employer need not pay such reimbursement where the employer provides the uniform. The employee shall be paid the following laundry allowance per week:

Employees employed on a casual basis	4.52
Employees employed on a part-time basis	4.96
Employees employed on a full-time basis	7.21

Provided that the employer need not make such payment where the employer launders and or drycleans the uniform.
