4. PARTIES BOUND AND SCOPE

4.1 This award shall apply throughout the State of Victoria.

4.2 This award shall apply to the industry of wholesale grocers.

4.3 This award shall be binding upon:

4.3.1 The Shop, Distributive and Allied Employees Association and its members thereof;

4.3.2 All employees whether members of the Shop, Distributive and Allied Employees Association or not, engaged in any of the classifications specified in clause 11 - Wages; and

4.3.3 The employers specified in Schedule A - Respondents, in respect of their operations in each State or Territory in accordance with the terms of the Schedule.

4.4 This award shall supersede all existing awards and variations thereto binding upon the parties in respect of the operations specified in Schedule A - Respondents, but no right, obligation or liability accrued or incurred under such award or variations thereto shall be affected by such supersession.

4.5 This award shall operate from the first pay period to commence on or after 19 March 2004 and shall remain in force for a period of six months.
