16. HOURS OF WORK (OTHER THAN SHIFT WORKERS)
16.1 The number of hours to constitute an ordinary week’s work shall be 38, which shall be worked in five days, Monday to Friday inclusive.
16.2 Times of beginning and ending work (other than shift workers)
16.2.1 Times of beginning work - not earlier than 7.30 a.m.
16.2.2 Times of ending work - not later than 5.30 p.m.
