MELBOURNE, 14 JUNE 2011

The decision issued by the Minimum Wage Panel of Fair Work Australia on 3 June 2011 [[2011] FWAFB 3400] is corrected as follows:

By deleting the second sentence of paragraph 266 and inserting the following:

“The contention that last year’s increase in minimum wages resulted in reductions in hours worked in award-reliant industries, and generally, has not been made out.”
