Modern Awards Review 2012 — applications to vary the Building and Construction General On-site Award 2010 — modern award varied — correction to decision.
[1] The Decision issued by the Fair Work Commission on 15 July 2013 [[2013] FWC 4576] is corrected as follows:
1. By deleting the date “1 January 2012” appearing at the end of the third dot point at paragraph [9] and inserting “1 January 2010”.
2. By deleting the date “1 January 2012” appearing in heading 4 preceding paragraph [163] and inserting “1 January 2010”.
