Application for an unfair dismissal remedy - correction to Respondent entity name.

[1] The Decision [[2020] FWC 4775] issued by the Fair Work Commission on 8 September 2020 is corrected as follows:

By deleting the Respondent entity name ‘G & G Group Trading Pty Ltd and the Trustee for the KPC Trust’ in the preamble and wherever it appears in the decision and replacing it with:

G & G Group Trading Pty Ltd as trustee for The Trustee for KPC Trust.
