Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Services Award 2010 - substantive issues - correction.

The decision issued by the Fair Work Commission on 22 July 2020 [[2020] FWCFB 3827] is corrected as follows:

1. The second sentence of paragraph [23] is amended to read as follows:

The AMA notes that coverage of private medical practices by the Health Professionals and Support Services Award 2010 (HPSS Award) is an issue currently the subject of proceedings in AM2016/31 (substantive issues in the HPSS Award) and submits should be resolved before the coverage claim before us.
