Application for an unfair dismissal remedy
The decision issued by the Fair Work Commission on 29 September 2022 [[2022] FWC 1946, PR744113] is corrected as follows:
[1] By deleting paragraph [79] and replacing it with the following:
“[79] I have determined that Mr Bailey would have been likely to receive $105,000 in remuneration if he had not been dismissed. From this amount there will be a deduction of $54,923.08 and $5,384.62 in respect of remuneration earned by him and to be earned by him in the two weeks between the making of an order of compensation and when it is to be paid to him.”
