13.2 Classifications

The training, qualifications, roles and responsibilities of the classifications of employees included in the tables in clause 13.1 are set out in the Marine Orders 70, 71, 72 and 73 made under the Navigation Act 2012 (Cth) and other relevant State Flag requirements.

13.3 National training wage

(a) Schedule E to the Miscellaneous Award 2020 sets out minimum wage rates and conditions for employees undertaking traineeships.

(b) This award incorporates the terms of Schedule E to the Miscellaneous Award 2020 as at 1 July 2022. Provided that any reference to “this award” in Schedule E to the Miscellaneous Award 2020 is to be read as referring to the Maritime Offshore Oil and Gas Award 2020 and not the Miscellaneous Award 2020.
