MR M CHESHER:  If it pleases the Commission, Chesher initial M, for the Media Entertainment and Arts Alliance.  With me this morning is Ms Kaitlin McInerney who is the director of media for the Alliance.

MR S FORSTER:  If the Commission pleases, Forster initial S, for Nationwide News Pty Ltd, Bower Media Pty Ltd and Pacific Magazines Limited, your Honour.

MR S KRILLY:  Krilly, your Honour, initial S, continuing my appearance for Fairfax Media Limited.

THE VICE PRESIDENT:  Thank you.  You've seen the document dated 20 April, "Technical and drafting", and it's really to update this document to see where we're at.  Have the parties had a chance to look at this document?

MR FORSTER:  Yes, we have.  On the last occasion we were here there were several items that were deferred.

THE VICE PRESIDENT:  Yes.

MR FORSTER:  Everything else was either agreed or withdrawn.  On the deferred items there's agreement with the exception of item 21 which was an issue raised by Minters which we acknowledge we were incorrect about.  So that item is withdrawn by Minters.

THE VICE PRESIDENT:  So item 21 will be withdrawn.

MR FORSTER:  Yes.  I understand all other deferred items are agreed as per the suggested amendments by Minters.

THE VICE PRESIDENT:  Yes, Mr Chesher?

MR CHESHER:  As my friend has pointed out, we're in agreement on those matters.

THE VICE PRESIDENT:  Yes.  Then Mr Krilly, anything from you?

MR KRILLY:  We confirm that, your Honour.

THE VICE PRESIDENT:  All right.  So far as the technical and drafting is concerned, a report will be referred then to the Full Bench consistent with this document.  Thank you.  The Commission is adjourned.
