Employer must notify employees of application for approval of an enterprise agreement

Each employer that will be covered by an enterprise agreement must notify employees who will be covered by the agreement, through the usual means that are adopted by the employer for communicating with employees, that an application has been made to the Fair Work Commission for approval of the enterprise agreement.
Examples of the usual means for communicating with employees are:
- posting notices on employee notice boards, and
- using email.
