The organisation has 7 branches. The organisation was issued a consolidation certificate on 13 March 1995 and presents 1 financial report, which incorporates the financial affairs of the head office and all of the branches.
The supreme governing authority of the organisation is vested in the Federal Council, which comprises the office bearers and delegates from branches and established sections.
The organisation is also governed by a Federal Executive and a Federal Management Committee. The branches are each governed by a Branch Council.
Elections for offices within the organisation are conducted every 2 and 4 years. The organisation conducts its elections through the AEC.
