The organisation is divided into 6 branches. While each branch is a reporting unit for the purposes of financial reporting, they all currently have exemptions under s.245 of the RO Act from lodging individual financial reports (divided into reporting units on an alternative basis). This means the organisation lodges a single financial report for the entire organisation.

The Graphic Arts Services Association of Australia recently amalgamated with the organisation.

The governance of the organisation is vested in the Board who then elect the office bearers of the organisation.

The members of the Board are elected every 2 years while the office bearers are elected annually. All office elections are conducted by the Austalian Electoral Commission.
