Registered organisations list
Below is a list of organisations registered under the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Act 2009 (the RO Act).
In addition to these federally registered organisations, some State registered associations can become transitionally recognised associations or recognised State-registered associations under Schedules 1 and 2 of the RO Act.
Notes about the list below
Clicking the link in the Name column takes you to a page where you can find documents lodged by that organisation with the Fair Work Commission under the RO Act.
These include documents about rule alterations and a copy of the current rules of the organisation. Until 30 June 2017 historical documents about elections, financial reporting and lists of office holders are also included. From 1 May 2017 the Registered Organisations Commission (ROC) carries out functions associated with annual returns, elections and financial reporting. Documents relating to those matters will be exclusively stored on the Find a registered organisation section of Registered Organisations Commission's website from 1 July 2017.
The Type column indicates whether the organisation is an employer organisation (E) or a union (U).
Documents required to be lodged under the RO Act about Registration, amalgamations, deregistration and rules (including eligibility rules) and applications for right of entry permits under the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (Cth) can be lodged by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Applications for entry permits under the Fair Work Act 2009 can be lodged via our Online Lodgment Service.
