42.1 The Secretary or Branch Secretary or any other duly accredited representative of the Union shall on production of their authority to the employer or a representative have the right to enter any place or any premises where employees are employed at any time during normal working hours or when overtime is being worked for purposes of interviewing employees, checking on wage rates, award breaches or safety conditions or regulations, or for the posting of any official notice of the union, so long as they do not unduly interfere with the work being performed by any employee during working time.
42.2 A representative of the union shall be a duly accredited representative if the representative is the holder for the time being of a certificate signed by the Secretary of that organisation and bearing the seal of that organisation in the following form, or in a form not materially differing therefrom:
