PART III - SALARIES AND RELATED MATTERS
1. DEFINITIONS
‘Graduate Information Technology Employee’ shall mean a person who holds a University Degree (three, four or five year course) capable of being accredited by an Australian university. ‘
‘Experienced Information Technology Employee’ shall mean an employee who is not necessarily a graduate in information technology but has graduated with a University Degree (three, four or five year course) capable of being accredited by an Australian university and has had four years’ experience on professional information technology duties since graduating.
‘Professional Information Technology duties’ shall mean duties carried out by a person in any particular employment the adequate discharge of any portion of such duties requires a person to hold a University Degree (three, four or five year course) capable of being accredited by an Australian university.
