17.1 If an assistant manager relieves a manager for one week or more payment will be made at the rate prescribed for a manager whilst so relieving.
17.2 If a manager or assistant manager relieves the manager or assistant manager of a theatre carrying a higher rate of pay for a day or more, payment will be made at the higher rate of pay whilst so relieving.
